Position: OTR Team Driver
Location: Chicago, IL
Experience Required: Minimum 3 months

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $0.56 - $0.66 CPM split, based on experience

Sign-On Bonus:

$12K Split: For teams with less than a year of combined experience, or if a new team member is paired with an existing driver

$15K Split: For teams with at least one year of verifiable driving experience together

Driving Lanes & Job Duties:

Coverage: Run all 48 states

Freight: NO TOUCH FREIGHT, 80% drop & hook

Mileage: Average 5500+ miles per week

Compensation Details:

Base Pay:

3 months experience: $0.56 CPM split

120+ months experience: $0.66 CPM split

Hazmat: $150 split per hazmat load

Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour split after the second hour

Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100

Bonus Structure:

Mileage Bonus:

20,000 - 21,999 miles: $0.02 CPM split

26,000+ miles: $0.14 CPM split

Home Time:

Minimum Out Time: 3 weeks

Home Time: 3 days off after each 3-week period, with the possibility to accrue up to 7 days off for extended out time

Equipment:

Truck Model: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
